Terms & Conditions – Universal Task

Welcome to Universal Task. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform, services, website, mobile application, and all associated features. By accessing or using Universal Task, you agree to comply with these terms.

Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions

• Are at least 18 years old

• Agree to follow all Universal Task rules and policies

If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

2. Account Registration

To use Universal Task, users must:

• Provide accurate personal information

• Register with a valid phone number

• Use one account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited

• Use one payment gateway for both deposit and withdrawal

Universal Task may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these rules.

3. Earning Through Tasks & Ads

Users earn income by:

• Watching advertisements

• Completing assigned daily tasks

• Referring new members

Earnings are credited only after completing daily tasks.
All income is shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) inside the app.

4. Investment Plans

Universal Task offers various earning plans starting from 500 Taka.
Users may upgrade or downgrade plans anytime.

Each plan provides daily earning opportunities for 90 days.
After 90 days, users must reactivate their plan to continue earning.

5. Referral Program

Users may earn:

• 100 Taka referral reward

• 10% bonus on the referral’s first deposit

• Weekly salary for every 10 valid members

Conditions:

• Referral bonus applies only to first deposit

• Members with 500 Taka plan do not count for weekly salary

• Re-deposits and upgrades do not give new referral bonuses

• Referred members must join the official Telegram group

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

• Minimum withdrawal: 300 Taka

• The same payment gateway used for deposit must be used for withdrawal

• Universal Task is not responsible for delays by third-party payment providers

Universal Task reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal for security purposes.

7. Refund Policy

Users may request a refund based on these rules:

• Refund available within 7 days of plan activation

• Only 50% of the invested amount will be refunded

• Refund applies to plan purchase, upgrade, or downgrade

• Refunds are processed to the same payment gateway used during deposit

• Refunds are not available after 7 days under any condition

Refunds may be rejected if abusive behavior, fraud, or multiple accounts are detected.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Follow all Universal Task policies

• Use accurate personal information

• Avoid creating multiple accounts

• Avoid illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity

• Not misuse the referral system

• Keep login credentials secure

Violation may result in account suspension, earnings freeze, or permanent ban.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use VPNs to mislead the system

• Use fake referrals or fake accounts

• Share misleading promotional content

• Attempt to hack or manipulate the platform

• Post abusive or harmful behavior toward admins or members

10. Platform Rights & Limitations

Universal Task reserves the right to:

• Modify features, plans, bonuses, or policies anytime

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

• Withhold earnings in case of detected fraud

• Update or fix systems for maintenance

Earnings are based on system activity and ad availability; no fixed income is guaranteed.

11. Advertising Partnerships

Universal Task partners with multinational companies to deliver ads.
User earnings depend on:

• Ad availability

• Task completion

• Referral activity

Universal Task does not guarantee the presence of ads at all times.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Universal Task is not responsible for:

• Network issues

• Third-party payment delays

• Technical errors

• User mistakes in deposit or withdrawal

• Loss of access due to wrong login details

Users participate at their own responsibility.

13. Modification of Terms

Universal Task may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
